BCARA members are active in a number
of specialized areas including Field Day, Contesting,
Digital Modes, APRS, Storm Spotting, Antenna building, and area volunteer work. Members
can usually be found monitoring the 147.105
repeater (77.0 tone) or on 146.500 simplex. Come Join Us!

The BCARA is sponsoring a General Class, If you are a Technical Class ham and want to become a General, this is the class for you. Sign ups are taking
place now, the class's will be held in February. For more information, contact the BCARA at BCARAnet@yahoo.com

Due to a lack of weekly net check ins and a
lack of volunteers to run the weekly nets, The BCARA weekly nets have been cancelled until further notice. The weekly nets were on Thursdays, at 8 p.m.
on the 147.105 N9HLL Repeater. The BCARA is looking for any volunteers to run the nets, you can contact the BCARA
at BCARAnet@yahoo.com. The BCARA does thank those that have run the nets and checked into the nets in the past.
When the interest in having a weekly net returns, the weekly net will start up again and information will be posted here.

The BCARA is going to be sharing an office with the American Red Cross here in Lebanon at the Love INC. Building - 817 W. Pearl St.
Additional information will be posted as information becomes available.

Severe weather season will be here in just a couple months. When threatening weather is approaching, check the 147.105 repeater to see if a net has been started. Feel free to
check in and report any reportable information. For more info on Skywarn and storm spotting, visit the BCARA's Skywarn Page. If the repeater is down, we will
be on 146.500 simplex.

The next BCARA quarterly Club meeting will
be coming up soon. Dates, times, and a location will be announced here. Meetings in the past have been
at the Boone County Senior Services Building, 515 Crown Point Dr. in Lebanon.
